LTC Products LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order if there is a problem related to shipping damage, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects.

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, opened, used, or partially used products are generally not eligible for return or refund. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
