Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. LTC Products LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Shipping Charges

For Puerto Rico, Ground Shipping is $5.00 for one individual item. Orders of 2 or more individual items qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.

Full-case orders for commercial, industrial, and retail customers qualify for FREE Ground Shipping throughout Puerto Rico.

For the United States, shipping starts at $5.00 and increases in $5.00 increments based on the order value. Orders of $240.00 or more qualify for FREE Shipping.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
